Contact the Placement Office to find out what school your child will attend. You will need the following items to register your child:

Childs Birth Certificate

Childs Social Security Card

Proof of Local Residency(utility bill, lease, drivers license, etc.)

Certificate of Immunization (from the State of Georgia)

Certificate of an Eye, Ear, and Dental Screening

The Certificate of Immunization and Screen Certificate can be obtained from our Chatham County Health Department.
