Under the Pavilion you'll find shade and relaxation. To the left you can see the automated picture taking booth and the restrooms area. To the center right, you can see the ticket booth, which is to be used for charging those who wish to fish on the Pier. There is no charge for those wishing to just 'walk' the Pier and sightsee the area.
