Cockspur Island Lighthouse! Cockspur Island Lighthouse is located at the mouth of the South Savannah River Channel and Lazaretto Creek. It is viewable to the North as you pass over the Highway 80 bridge coming onto Tybee(East Bound on US Highway 80).
